Shipping policy

Please note if your order gets sent back due to an invalid address, you are responsible to pay for the shipping costs to resend items. If this occurs and you would like a refund, you will only receive a partial refund of 50%.

All orders placed before 1PM CST will be processed that same day. Standard shipping is 1-4 days after order is processed. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for all custom orders and allow an extra 2-3 weeks for all pre-orders. Please allow an extra week for all press on nail sets. If your order contains an item in stock and a pre-order item, your full order will not be shipped until all items are available.
